Q: What does the base rate include?
A: It includes dining services for 3 meals per day, weekly housekeeping services, medication management, weekly laundry services, transportation services to medical appts., use of all common areas of the residence, security, Up to 60 minutes of assistance per day for any of the following supportive needs: self-administered medication assistance, assistance with personal care including dressing, bathing and grooming; and assistance with ambulation in your unit. In-house activities and telephone jack, emergency call system.
Q: Are there any other services available?
A: Yes, there are additional services that are not included in the base rate package. At your request and for an additional fee, Laurel Ridge Senior Living Residence offers additional services and amenities you may choose from.
Q: Do you have a nurse?
A: Yes, Laurel Ridge has a registered nurse on staff who works within the medical component within the program, providing supervision and monitoring resident health and wellness.
Q: Will my loved one be able to continue going to their own church?
A: Yes, Laurel Ridge highly encourages residents to maintain their current personal connections, promoting access and the use of community
resources. We also provide supportive programs to assist if necessary.
Q: Does Laurel Ridge have any activities?
A: Yes, Laurel Ridge has an enrichment program which offers a variety of activities and community engagements.
Q: How is assisted living paid for?
A: We accept private pay, MassHealth programs, VA benefits and long-term care insurance.
Q: Would someone help my Mom take a shower?
A: Our staff are competent, compassionate and highly qualified caregivers that are available for your loved ones needs.
